Glen Doll, one of the Angus Glens, lies at the head of Glen Clova, take the narrow
road
adjacent to the Clova Hotel. Glen Doll is
an area
of spectacular scenery, with
steep hills,
Corries and Munroe's. The Glen lies within the Cairngorms. A large, landscaped
car
park
is
located next
to the River South Esk. This is the starting point for the forest
walks and
for the three rights of way,
Jock's Road, Kilbo Path and Capel Mounth.
There are
a number of
picnic tables on the open, grassed area next to the river.
