Old Alexandria. Excellent pictures of the streets and shops of Alexandria, Bonhill and Renton are coupled with photographs of the local factories. An aerial view shows the various print- and dyeworks that were situated along the banks of the Leven, and there are several pictures of the ornate Argyll Motor Works, with their opulent marble offices. Renton Bowling Club, children paddling in the river, trams in Main Street, Bonhill Bridge and a fire at the yarn warehouse at Dillichip works are some of the other pictures featured.
