"Ropes plus heights - my ultimate nightmare! But what an achievement - that was awesome"

Why do it?

At Nae Limits in Dunkeld, Perthshire, Freefall abseiling and rap running is a great land activity suitable for all abilities and levels of expertise. Starting off with a straight-forward abseil, you will get the chance to slowly build up your confidence, to the final descent using the technique "rap running". Rap Running is very similar to abseiling except you descend the rock face FORWARDS !! Our instructors will make sure that your experience is enjoyable but above all safe - you are not encouraged to do more than you are comfortable with.

Our regular abseilling site is around 150 feet high and has a natural overhang! Come and give it a try!!

When can I do it?

Abseiling is a great all year round activity - only cancelled if it is pouring with rain.

Anything else I should know?

Don't be put off if you are scared of heights, many of our clients have overcome this fear during a half day session with us. Participants do not have to be of the same ability - each descent of the rock can be tailored to the individual.
