Dining
Crieff
Hydro is renowned for its good food, and every evening we
offer you a choice of two dining options. The Meikle Restaurant
(opened 2002) offers all the formal splendour of a grand Victorian
room and allows you the chance to dress for dinner. By contrast,
the Brasserie has a lively and informal Mediterranean style
dining atmosphere which is perfect for a more relaxed evening
or for all the family to appreciate. After a hard day's play,
unwind with cocktails or after dinner drinks in the intimate
atmosphere of the Highlandman Room, or lift the pace of the
evening in the Brasserie Bar. And during the day, when you find
all that fresh air and exercise has given you an appetite, the
Winter Garden coffee shop is the ideal place to enjoy coffee
and light meals.
The
Green Hotel. The Douglas Restaurant is an elegant setting
in which to enjoy our varied menus that feature a subtle blend
of Continental and Scottish dishes.
Kinloch
House. There is a consistency of performance in the kitchen
and a belief in the value of freshness and quality. Full use
is made of local game, Aberdeen Angus beef, fish, shellfish
and produce from the garden.
The
Lovat Hotel has an extensive range of dining opportunities.
These range from light snacks and tempting lunches in our air-conditioned
bistro bar, to a relaxing, leisurely dinner in our elegant and
intimate restaurant.
East
Haugh is a turreted stone house, standing in it's own gardens.
There is a great deal of food on offer at East Haugh, with children's
menus, lunch time bistro style menus and those offered in The
Gamekeeper's Restaurant for dinner. The lunch dishes are very
wide ranging and are prepared to order; dinner is a more formal
affair, with a well-composed menu which changes every two days
and features local produce.
The
Ardeonaig Hotel. The food is anything but classically based
with the kitchen striving to source the best local Scottish
and international produce available. This allows the customer
to experience food with the best possible flavours and textures
allowing all the sensations to excite one's palate.
The
Blackford Hotel. Along with our team of chefs, invested
a great deal into our menus and confidently feel we can offer
our guests an interesting and varied choice of freshly prepared
seasonal dishes. Great emphasis is very apparent when it comes
to the use of fresh "Scottish" produce and homemade
freshly prepared dishes.
