The Living/Dining area boasts a magnificent feature window overlooking Atholl Street and gardens beyond. There is a gas log effect stove and seated gallery. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with every modern appliance. The double bedroom has en-suite bath, shower & w.c. The stair to the upper floor leads to the galleried area
and a twin bedded room with en-suite shower & w.c.

The smaller apartment has a comfortable open plan living room with a gas log effect stove. Gothic windows overlook Lairds Inn Court. The fully fitted kitchen has every modern appliance. A staircase from the entrance halt leads to a double and a twin bedroom, which share a bath, shower & w.c plus a separate w.c.

Both apartments are equipped with T.V. video and hi-fi. They have central heating and are decorated and furnished to a high standard. A no smoking policy is strictly maintained. Pets are excluded but well behaved children are welcome.
