The holiday home has the prime corner position of this prestigious development with its spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, enjoying superb elevated views over the Firth of Forth and beyond. The lounge is furnished to a very high standard and includes a double bed settee, if required. The contemporary fully fitted kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine / dryer.

There is two comfortable bedrooms - one double and the other twin-bedded. One of the bedrooms has the benefit of an en-suite shower. There is also a family bathroom. The property benefits from central heating throughout. There is a communal garden looking out over the sea and Sea Crest is allocated a private off street parking space.

Walk out of the holiday home and besides the interesting harbour, there are lovely rock pools, a small beach, and a local children’s playground nearby. Sea Crest is only a few minutes walk away from the centre of the village - which benefits from facilities such as a post office, chemist, newsagent, general store, fish and chip shop.

Pittenweem itself, being home to the Arts Festival, is also a real hot spot for arts, crafts and antiques. It is on the most beautiful part of the Fife Coastal Path and Millenium Cycle Way. There are award winning sandy beaches, world class golf courses, water sports, and many holiday activities in the area. There are several excellent restaurants and lots of family friendly pubs to visit nearby.
