Spinnaker Cottage is a delightful holiday cottage with wonderful sea views. This Grade B Listed cottage, which dates back to the 16th century, is situated right on the harbour front. It has been superbly renovated, retaining all of its traditional character and charm, whilst also offering a luxurious standard of accommodation throughout. The ground floor has a cosy and spacious lounge with a wonderful fireplace and log burner to provide that special "homely" feel. It has two window seats which both have sea views. The new kitchen and utility area, are fully equipped with oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, larder, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. The large kitchen has generous preparation areas. The open plan dining area right next to the kitchen, has patio doors with views towards the courtyard and the garden. The ground floor also has a new w.c. Spinnaker Cottage, St Monans - Sleeps 6.

The first floor double bedroom, with ornamental fireplace, has windows to the front with spectacular views across the harbour. The twin bedroom also has windows to the front with super sea views towards the Firth of Forth. There is a luxury family bathroom next to these bedrooms.

The luxurious master bedroom on the second floor, not only has its own light and airy en-suite shower room, but also benefits from a separate sitting room. This double bedroom also has equally spectacular sea views across the harbour.

The cottage benefits from central heating throughout. The cottage is also equipped with a digital television, video, and cd system. A cot and high chair is available.

The private garden has both patio furniture and barbeque - perfect for those quiet moments or more relaxed dining.

The cottage is within walking distance of the award-winning "Seafood Restaurant" and the local good food pub. Walk out of the holiday cottage and you are nearby the most beautiful coastal walks in the East Neuk.
