1897 and situated four miles north of Prestwick Airport on the
Ayrshire Coast, Western Gailes is recognised as one of the finest
and more exacting links courses in Scotland. It is an Open Qualifier
for Troon and Turnberry, and has played host to the Curtis Cup,
the PGA Championship and the Scottish Open. 18 holes. Par 71.
